Bishop Mutsaerts Has Recovered. Dutch Auxiliary Bishop Rob Mutsaerts' lingering injuries mainly consist of a complicated fracture to his arm and elbow. Leo XIV intends to visit Peru during the first half of November, Peruvian President José María Balcázar announced following a private audience with the Pope. Peru would be the centerpiece of a broader South American tour that may also include Argentina and Uruguay.
